SUKMA 2024 - Marina Bay, Miri

For the SUKMA 2024 event in Miri, Sarawak, Juhana Modular provided 4 modular houses. These units were utilized as an office, scoring room, medical room, meeting room, and protest room. Each modular house came equipped with electricity and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for the event staff. This project highlights the versatility and practicality of our modular solutions in supporting large-scale events.

Personal Karaoke Room - Long Lama

We recently delivered this customizable prefab modular house to Long Lama, Baram, where the owner has transformed it into a one-of-a-kind karaoke room right in front of their home!

This modular unit will be further upgraded with a roof deck, complete with a stairway, offering a perfect spot to relax. Inside, it will be decked out with a TV, sofas, sound system, and even a bar for the ultimate entertainment experience.
